The exhibition Cromofilia celebrates the centenary of Cruz-Diez's birth and his long-term relationship with MAMBO, who welcome him for a solo show for the fourth time.

From Greek meaning "intense passion" or "deep appreciation for color", Cromofilia is a testimony to Cruz-Diez's long-term involvement in the phenomenon of perception connected to the properties of color and its interaction with the viewer.

The exhibition features selected artworks from the iconic series Physichromies - from the Museum and some prestigious Colombian private collections - and pieces from the Transchromie series. Visitors will also have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a Chromointerferent Environment, exploring the dynamic relationship between color, light, perception, environment, and its impact on them.
